Get the audio drivers from Realtek's site. Execute the setup file to install the driver and the audio console.

I downloaded the drivers from their site and included the download links in one of my messages. However, the audio console wasn’t added, which might be because the devices listed in Device Manager were still from 2019 even after attempting updates.

When you restart Windows, it’s best to let it handle the updates automatically. Don’t force immediate installation of new drivers—wait for Windows Update to apply them first. If issues persist, check GPU drivers and ensure your system is up to date.

Only content from Acer's site is available. If this doesn't work, attempt the drivers via Windows Update, as the system may locate a suitable laptop driver.

I just installed the drivers following a clean reset, I also added the audio console, and it’s loading properly. However, after some time it displays an error saying it can’t connect to RPC.

I resolved it with unofficial drivers and I was able to adjust the control panel. Setting my headphones to headset worked perfectly now. Thanks for your help yesterday!
