Hey everyone, I bought an old OptiPlex 755 desktop with Windows 7 Pro from a computer market for a project. After some work, I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Recently, I made a clone of my drive onto another HDD and my Windows is now disabled. No matter what I do, including a fresh install, it stays deactivated. From the start, I’ve had the error code 0x8007232b. TIA

It seems the key is tied to a KMS setup. Because Windows can't locate the KMS server, activation won't work. It's time to try a different key.
