Tested a new installation with three different SSDs. One was SATA 2.0 M.2, two were SATA 2.5. The media drive used an official one, while the others weren't. I did a fresh build without the SSDs, but those were wiped in the BIOS. I waited overnight on the ASUS board, AMD6700X, AMD 5700X, with 32GB RAM, 500GB NVMe WD M.2 and 1TB Chinese SATA 2.5 SSD.

Ensure you have access to one NVMe drive, then attempt the restore and connect the remaining storage afterward.
