Windows is loading.
Hi, I've got an AMD 2400G system that's been running for two years. Since February it kept showing random BSODs, so I reinstalled Windows 10. By June it would boot sometimes but not always. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. After realizing I hadn't cleaned it up since buying, I told my dad to bring it to the original PC shop nearby, which is two towns away. He took it there and cleaned the PC, but removed my Avast antivirus. My dad said we needed a new antivirus and installed some free scan software. I didn’t have a genuine Windows anymore because of the damage, so he installed a rootkit loader. Now my Windows seems clean. I uninstalled the scanner, ran a boot-time check, and it found two files, but I’m not sure if the loader is completely gone. I need some advice.
It's recommended to restart the installation. Activation tools often alter system files and the registry, making them difficult to locate or identify. This applies even with anti-malware solutions.
