I've been working on creating a Windows 10 ISO for a USB drive on a Mac for about two hours. It's proving to be quite challenging. I attempted using the dd command in the terminal, but it resulted in permission issues or just failed completely. Etcher.io doesn't accept Windows ISO files, and Boot Camp isn't functioning properly due to a partition error that won't resolve. Unetbootin can write the drive but defaults to Windows and doesn't boot successfully. To be honest, is there a straightforward option like Rufus for a Mac?

The system requires a specific tool to create NTFS partitions, but Windows alone cannot do it. You need a third-party driver for that functionality.

I don't use any terminal commands directly. You can ask me to simulate or explain commands if needed.

Run the command to copy an ISO image to a disk device using dd. The script assigns the correct disk number automatically.

What operating system are you using? I don’t know the exact version of OS X.

I'll attempt again, but when I type the password and press enter it doesn't work. I've been waiting more than an hour without any progress.

I tried ROSA imager but now the disk is locked and I can't create partitions. It’ll be simpler to replace the CPU and motherboard than to spend hours fixing this.
