Windows installation on Amd StoreMi isn't working properly.
Hello everyone, I'm still figuring this out. Yesterday I installed Amd StoreMi and faced a blue screen error. After several restarts, I reached the Windows login screen, but after logging in again I encountered another blue screen and it would restart. Eventually, the screen turned blank until I powered off the PC. I attempted to restore my system using a restore point from Recovery Options, which I made about three days ago, but the screen remained blank. After waiting nearly an hour and a half, I decided to shut it down. I tried using the uninstaller link from pureinfotech.com, but clicking the command prompt in Recovery Settings only returned a blank screen. I’m unsure if I should try booting into safe mode to remove the driver or use a bootable USB. My system details are: Ryzen 7 2700X, GTX 1650, 4GB RAM, D6 Coolermaster 650W, MSI B450-A Pro Max, 2x8GB RAM, Windows 10 Enterprise on NVMe SSD with one additional HDD. I’ve read about a BIOS option that might cause this issue, but I haven’t explored it yet. The screen is completely blank, even without seeing the manufacturer logo. I’ll send a file with the blue screen details. Thanks for your patience.
This storage solution has some issues... You should attempt to eliminate it. If you installed a specific USB driver, remove that as well. Use the standard Microsoft driver unless you have another one. Otherwise, consider using a USB boot device or reinstalling Windows entirely.
