I'm working on completing my Asus X99 Delux configuration but keep encountering this warning during the Windows 8.1 setup: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Make sure the controller is activated in the BIOS." I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 on two 250GB Samsung 850 Evo drives using RAID 0. These disks don't appear together in RAID 0 during boot—just one or the other shows up. I've connected both drives individually to confirm they're functional, but they never appear simultaneously in the BIOS. (They do show up together in the SATA device list.) Both controllers are enabled and set to RAID I as per the instructions from Erick Pena. The installer mentioned a possible issue with the chosen media drive, showing an error code 0x80070017. I suspect the USB stick might be faulty, though I managed to install Windows on one SSD. Any suggestions? I'm eager to get this up and running for work. Thanks. Pictures:

I wouldn't recommend adding windows to a RAID configuration. Maybe place it on a different storage device or avoid using RAID altogether. This way, if one drive fails, you won't lose everything—just the data on that specific drive or SSD.
