If a Windows installation already existed on the PC, it won't prompt for a key. You can remove all four partitions until just "unallocated space" remains, then proceed and Windows will handle the rest.

It's best to remove partitions during Windows installation. The software will prompt for your key afterward.

The new SSD didn<|pad|>, no display area was visible on it. On the previous hard drive, there were visible windows.

Windows 10 stores the activation on the motherboard, not the storage drive. That’s why it doesn’t request a key. There was already a Windows version on the system.
