You have two partitions or two drives set up with Windows 10. The boot manager checks for Windows versions and can start from either one, letting you choose which you prefer.

You set up Windows by creating a new partition instead of updating the existing one. This way, you avoided losing your previous files. To fix it, simply delete the old partition and expand the current installation area. It’s important to identify which partition holds what data so you don’t lose anything.
