Windows icons for searching aren't displaying or are malfunctioning.
Windows 10 version 1903 (build-18362.239) screenshots available at the provided links. I attempted to fix issues using the control panel, indexing settings, region changes, language reinstalls, restarting services, and cleaning cache through Windows and CCleaner. All attempts failed to resolve the problem. No need to reinstall now since I already did it recently and still face search and update problems.
