Windows Hello is no longer functioning, preventing facial authentication.
yesterday windows hello stopped unexpectedly on my laptop (Asus ZenBook 13). I looked online for fixes but only found tips about turning the webcam on and off. Signing in shows a delay before "camera not ready" then a failure message. I tried resetting facial recognition in settings, but the image quality was poor—cut into four parts and very dark. The camera app itself works without problems. Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you have any ideas or solutions?
