I opened my laptop (Razer Blade 15, Intel core i7 9750H, RTX 2070 MAX-Q) and started up today. A BSOD appeared immediately. Restarting didn’t help. The error code reads CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED and INITIALIZATION_FAILED. I’m unable to access Windows. What should I do next?

Maintain control for five seconds upon noticing a BSOD to ensure your system boots normally. These crashes aren't random. There could be a hardware issue involved.
