Hello, is the Windows Game Bar a dependable tool for monitoring CPU and GPU activity while playing games? During my recent gaming session, it displayed a GPU utilization of 85% and a CPU usage of 4%, which seems unusual.

It seems better to opt for tools like afterburner/rivatuner or the Adrenailn overlay for AMD GPUs. Windows doesn't handle usage reporting well, which is quite ironic.
