I own a Dell gaming laptop (G16 7630) that experiences periodic crashes, freezes, and a blue screen error before restarting. The issue occurred prior to any changes, including RAM replacement or opening the device, and it's covered under warranty. Please let me know if you need more details. Thank you!

Are there any critical data on the storage devices, and do you have a location to store backups?

By saving all your data to an external hard drive, you can attempt to reinstall Windows.

I was planning to upgrade to a quicker storage option, but I didn’t until I took advantage of the warranty for that specific model.

The issue only occurs occasionally, making it hard to confirm the fix.

until you attempt a fresh Windows install, examine crash patterns such as timing, day of the week, and usage duration
