Hello, I'm not sure if I'm in the right spot, but things have been confusing for about a year now. A friend suggested checking the event logger. The pictures show what's happening, but there doesn't seem to be a specific fix for this issue. I usually get a completely frozen screen even when YouTube plays sound. Any advice would be really helpful. Mäx

Does the system briefly stall for a moment because of this typical issue? Since you're using Windows 10 Pro, it might be more affected.

What hardware is involved?
I haven't checked yet, but let me know if you'd like to review the components.

What else have you tried?
I'm not sure about specific steps, but feel free to share what you've done so far.

I’ve checked for troubleshooting tips that worked, and I only looked at simple steps like checking drivers or Windows updates.
