Windows frequently freezes when opening full-screen apps. It won’t even start properly, and gaming isn’t functioning. This problem started yesterday after downloading the software. Anyone else experiencing this? Did you find a solution?

Windows 10...? Have you attempted a complete fresh installation? It seems like the operating system is damaged. Or it might be a very shaky custom version.

Save the ISO file to a USB drive, then use it to boot your system and reinstall the operating system.
