No, right-clicking drives in Quick Access does not provide a "Remove from Quick Access" option.

The only external device connected is my Garmin watch, and it works whether it's plugged in or not.

This look like quick actions, you must figure out how to remove it from list. Many options including registry but personally I don't use explorer so I can't give you step by step guide.

It's an issue for me because they were not there before and there is no way for me to edit/remove them
