I just reinstalled Windows from a boot USB. All drives were formatted and drivers updated. The system has 16GB RAM (DRD4), an Intel i5 processor, Nvidia GTX graphics, a 480GB SSD, and two high-speed HDDs. I recall it was around 7 AM when I wrote this. The main issue is that Windows takes too long to boot. After entering the PIN, the system doesn’t respond at all—only the taskbar icon appears, but I can’t interact with it or access settings. I can only shut down, restart, and sleep. When this happens, I put the PC into sleep mode and then reboot; everything works afterward. I’ve spent hours searching online, trying troubleshooting steps, advanced settings, and even using the Command Prompt, but I’m exhausted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a basic GPU driver issue. Use DDU to reinstall drivers—consider trying website drivers instead of GeForce Experience. Also, attempt to start explorer.exe via Task Manager; this might resolve the problem.

I'll try that right now—the issue is I can't load Windows anymore, even after reinstalling it five times. It seems the GPU drivers are corrupted. I'm attempting to boot into safe mode with networking to see if I can download the necessary files. Hopefully, I'll keep you updated.

This indicates a potential failure with the drive if you're unable to access Windows. A slow boot time is another sign that the drive may be malfunctioning.
