Windows fails to start possibly due to a system issue.
Hi there. I’m facing some issues with my PC occasionally. Most components work fine—fans spin, GPU runs, LEDs light up—but the loading logo fails to appear. I have to restart or unplug it several times until it boots. I’m unsure if the problem is with the power supply or another part. Recently I swapped out the motherboard, and my specs are: ASUS Prime B550M-K, Ryzen 5 3600, 3060 12GB GPU, WD NVMe SSD, 16GB RAM (2x8x3200), and a Noctua NH15 cooler. The PSU is a 550 Bronze model about three years old. My PC is directly connected to the power outlet, and I’m from Colombia with a 220W current supply. Should I upgrade or replace something? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
That sounds like a common issue with this model. It tends to have poor performance under moderate loads and noticeable voltage fluctuations. Compared to more affordable options like bronze or gold units, its efficiency is quite low.
