I’ve attempted various solutions such as resetting the IP address in the command prompt and reinstalling the network drivers. Now I’ve performed a fully new Windows installation, added the network driver from a laptop onto a USB drive, and connected it via an Ethernet cable.

Did the issue persist before? Were there recent adjustments to system configurations? Was a new addition introduced that may have caused the problem? What purpose does this proxy serve in your workflow?

Previous work hasn't functioned after the new window setup, and it's stopped working since I started using the updated system. I need it to connect to the internet, but when I try to open sites, they block me due to a security warning.
