i was playing games as usual, then suddenly spotify stopped functioning. later in the game i experienced a blue screen. now when i try to start my pc, i only see a message asking to reboot and select the right boot device or insert a boot media into the chosen device and press a key. i checked my bios to verify if my boot devices are configured correctly. the windows boot manager appears first, and i confirmed that my motherboard recognizes the ssd card with all the memory. since that didn’t resolve anything, i used a windows usb flash drive to access the command console. there were two error messages displayed. they were unspecified errors with many numbers and a status of 50. when i ran the command CHKDSK, it didn’t help. i tried downloading windows to the drive, but it wasn’t installed on any of the partitions—only on drive 1 partition 4, possibly because it’s a primary drive. in windows setup, i can load drivers and see the files on the ssd, so i’m wondering if it’s possible to make the ssd boot into windows without wiping it. if i clean the disk, i get a windows on screen to reinstall windows. but if that fails, should i clean the other ssd I have on my desktop, or does that matter?

It appears the system encountered a significant issue early on, likely due to a drive error. After checking the drives, it seems three partitions were failing on four total partitions, making it impossible to load data. During the check, errors occurred, though no specific codes were recorded. My understanding is that the user likely intended to erase the drive to prevent further damage, but kept saving data, which might be partially corrupted.

The issue code is unclear. Possible errors: An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1187) or An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1729).

I'm experiencing the same problem, do you have any resolution?
