I've set up multiple drives and transferred Windows from a 256GB SSD to a larger 1TB SSD. Initially, Windows worked fine on the smaller drive but would load with dual installations afterward. After moving it, I still faced issues loading properly. The 256GB drive is now empty, and I'm trying to resolve this without deleting or reinstalling anything. Have you encountered similar problems before?

old storage is considered the boot device while the newer one acts as an extension to the C drive. that's a very basic explanation. make sure the newer drive has the boot sector open with CMD in admin mode and execute the BCD commands to resolve issues https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/window...windows-11
