You're experiencing problems with file transfers between your two PCs. One PC receives files correctly while the other doesn't, even though both are on the same network and have their network settings reset. It might help to check if there are any conflicts in how the network interfaces are configured or if there are firewall rules blocking access.

I'm checking whether you're using an IP address or a DNS name. Could you share your DNS server details?

Ensure Network Discovery is active on both devices and attempt to connect using the other machine's IP address via the navigation bar: "\\ip-of-pc". Once connected, you can assign the folder to a drive letter for simpler future access. This method is more dependable than relying on Windows to locate other computers automatically. Disclaimer: Both setups need static IP addresses for seamless file transfers between hosts. If one acts as a server, only it needs a static IP. Otherwise, they can remain dynamic and you may reserve their current IPs in your router. Either option yields the same outcome.
