Hello, I'm installing Windows Vista Home Premium from a bootable USB. I'm encountering an issue where the installation fails with the message: "Windows could not determine if this computer contains a valid system volume." Could anyone provide some guidance or solutions? Thank you for your assistance.

Probably a problem with the audio drivers and they’re missing. Without any audio devices, the system volume stays off. By the way, I’ve never seen a machine that ran Vista but didn’t support 7—why are you installing a faulty, low-quality Windows 7 version? (aka Vista.)

All partitions have been removed, indicating there is currently no unallocated space available.

But you haven't incorporated the necessary tool yet. It's losing support this year, many programs won't function on it, and it's quite slow. I'd consider using Windows 10 without updates or switching to Linux.

You can install Vista by creating a bootable USB drive and then disconnecting it once installation is complete.

Boom! It functions perfectly! I had to remove a hidden xD card I overlooked. Windows mistook it for a bootable or writable device. Once unplugged, it operated normally. Thanks for the feedback!
