When I powered on my PC today, I encountered this message: Windows could not complete the installation. To proceed with installing Windows, simply click "Okay" which restarts the system. When the error appears, press Shift + F10 to open the command prompt. Unfortunately, I don’t have mouse control. I’ve tried using my BIO and followed these instructions: https://www.easeus.com/backup-recovery/w...ation.html Fix 1 – Automatic Repair; Fix 2 – Shift + F10; Method 1 – Turn on Administrator account; Method 2 – Use the Account Creation Wizard; Method 3 – Adjust password settings; Method 4 – Perform a registry fix; Method 5 – Disable audit mode. When the setup tool opened, it stuck on a blank screen for an hour. I also ran SFC /scannow and encountered issues. The command prompt refused to recognize certain commands after installing sysprep. I updated my BIOS/UEFI firmware to the latest version, reset it to defaults, and ensured the SATA controller was set to AHCI with UEFI enabled and CSM turned off. Windows Boot Manager was placed first in the setup.

You've used all the software options. Now it's time to look at the hardware. Of course, if I fully grasp what you're saying.

Windows isn't finishing the setup, right? You remember what I did on my machine? A solid Windows installation disk is all you need—just download the ISO files and burn them to a drive, or use this method. For installing on your computer, Microsoft's Media Creation Tool can handle it too.

Great suggestions! It seems OP might be skipping the ISO download and installing directly from an empty USB.
