Occasionally, even while using Windows for a short time, it might stutter or glitch before returning to normal. This can happen while streaming, watching videos, playing games, or just being idle. I've attempted a clean installation from a USB drive, which provided some relief but the issue persists. My system specs include a Ryzen 5 5600X, RX 5700XT, 32GB Corsair RGB Pro M.2, and several NVMe SSDs.
