Windows displayed a blue screen with the message SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. After restarting, no crash was detected and the dump file wasn't found. In Event Viewer, the only relevant entry was a minor event: "Шиндоωш Ĥзľℓб ƒŏѓ Ьϋşįлεŝѕ ргōνίѕіōņīg ŵíłŀ ółgėδ." The system reported: Not Tested.

It looks like you're in favor of restoring the system.

The unusual aspect is the distorted letters. You might want to reach out to Microsoft support. Have you adjusted any settings or added any software recently?

I turned off Windows Hello in the registry to stop it from automatically setting it up each time you log in. That action might be linked to the issue you're experiencing.

I doubt it unless there was an error in the registry. Have you reached out to Microsoft?

It's funny how I can understand that text, almost like a stylized message, but it's still English. It feels strange to me. I suggest using AdwCleaner. Also, check the details, not just the description.

They simply advised you to navigate through and attempt to refresh the drivers for each device in Device Manager.
