Hey! Your friend’s laptop got infected, so you had to reinstall Windows. I brought over a USB stick and updated everything, but it didn’t work. Now there are unknown devices in Device Manager, and I’m not sure what to do next. I tried updating the software, but it didn’t fix anything. Booting from an Ubuntu Live USB resolved the issue.
