I believe the USB drivers were misconfigured, leaving me unable to use them in Windows. However, I can still access the F12 screen. How would you like to proceed?

You believe you made a mistake? I'm assuming the f12 menu is for Bios. Are you encountering problems with Windows access? Or did you mean you want to reinstall it but aren't starting from the installation drive?

I can't use any USB devices on Windows. I think I attempted to install USB drivers for a drawing tablet, but it didn't work out and I might have damaged the drivers while trying. The issues began after I tried installing the tablet drivers.

Open Device Manager, locate your USB controller, right-click and select uninstall driver. Navigate to the top menu, choose Action -> scan for hardware changes. Hopefully Windows will add the standard driver automatically.
