Hello, everyone. I’m facing an issue with my ultra book (HP EVNY 6-1200eb). After a few seconds of logging in, the desktop icons become distorted, a blue screen appears, and there are no error messages. I can open Task Manager, but the problem started after updating from Windows 8 to 8.1. I attempted a system recovery, but it didn’t work since my restore points were missing. Running it in safe mode still doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve searched for solutions, but no one has encountered this exact problem. Could anyone assist me?
