Our Wi-Fi is active, but none of our devices manage to join it—one uses Ethernet, two rely on Wi-Fi. Our phones function correctly after disabling cellular data. There’s no shared network configuration between the three, except that all were set to default. I attempted to link the Ethernet PC over Wi-Fi, which failed. I ran commands like ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset, and netsh int ip reset, but nothing worked. The issue is puzzling because I can connect to other in-network devices on my phones, yet not on any of them. This inconsistency is confusing. I really need your assistance—this is my only chance!

Verify your network profile is configured as "Private" in the connection's Properties (press Win+R, type ms-settings:network in Run). Ensure Network Discovery is activated via Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings > Private (use Win+R, enter control /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter /page Advanced in Run).

For the second phase, the feature was already activated. I couldn’t locate the choice in the initial screenshot even though it appeared when I didn’t need it. Additionally, I’ve rebooted the machines, which seems to have triggered this occurrence.

The initial screenshot is found within your connection settings, visible under Settings > Network & Internet: Are both devices getting their IP address from DHCP? To verify, follow these instructions: Press Win+R, type "Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter", press Enter, click "Ethernet" next to "Connections:", click "Properties", then choose "Network Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)", select "Properties". Make sure both "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" are checked. If you didn’t get your IP or DNS servers automatically, run ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew in Command Prompt or restart the device for updates to apply.

What is the brand and model of your wireless router? Are there additional network devices? Have you attempted to restart the wireless router and/or the ISP gateway?
