The update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 on x64 systems hasn't installed properly. It seems the system has been trying daily for some time, but it's stuck with error code 0x800736b3. I'm not very familiar with Windows 11 issues, and I'm unsure how to proceed. Interestingly, another version (KB5043145) is available with the same title. My old PC used W10 before, and I upgraded without any problems. Any advice would be helpful.

Hey there,
Try run the DISM/SFC scannow commands, and then retry the update once done.

Thank you for your feedback. I will give it another attempt.
Update: Attempted installing the newer version (145), but the result remained unchanged. It reached 69% installation before failing. The error code is: Install error - 0x80070002. I’m open to other suggestions. Thank you.

If the above fixes aren't effective. There have been some issues with .NET and biannual updates.
You might want to try this:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet...all/repair
Good luck!
PS, let us know if it helps!

You can enable forced updates using a (Run as Administrator) command prompt. I will verify all pending updates.

Because the DISM and SFC commands weren't successful and you're still encountering problems with both updates, it's advisable to try the .NET repair tool. RUSerious suggested this option. Framework issues with .NET can lead to update failures. If that doesn't help, KingLoki recommended using the command prompt to force the update. Also verify your system date and time settings, as incorrect ones may trigger update errors. Good luck, and let us know what works!

Here’s a revised version of your message:

The updates you received this morning were unexpected. When checking the update window, I noticed several entries but nothing from September. This raises questions—should I disregard these changes? Additionally, considering my current system is 22H2 and it seems to be nearing the end of its life, should I consider upgrading to 23H2 or 24H2? Thank you for your guidance.

I don't see any problem with installing 24H2. Well, some ppl have had some problems as usually. The EOL may be why KB5044285 failed to install. Hopefully the large update will tie up a lot of loose ends. It did for me.
I used the update assistant from MS:
