Last night my computer reset itself in BIOS and when I tried to restore settings I realized it wouldn’t boot normally. After some troubleshooting I ended up with a new issue—Windows starts with a black screen and a flashing taskbar, and it locks me out when I try to sign in. Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, ROG Strix B450-F gaming, 16GB G.Skill 3000MHz.
