I recently replaced the SSD in my Thinkpad X390 Yoga. I was using Windows 10 on the old drive and moved to a new one with Windows 11. After reimaging, Windows couldn’t activate my license even though the previous one is linked to my Microsoft account. What should I do next?

Did you get the same version of Windows? Otherwise it won’t function. It seems Windows 10 licenses usually work on Windows 11 too. Even if the license isn’t linked to your Microsoft account, a laptop that came with Windows should have an OEM license built into the motherboard, so it should activate properly. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...cad403bcba https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

Finished by simply reinstalling Windows 10 and then moving to Windows 11 from there. Likely not the quickest method, but it should have succeeded.
