The problems related to Windows 11 and Ryzen have been resolved. The Windows 10 scheduling issues are limited to Intel 12th and 13th generation processors. Your choice of operating system is now up to you.

Actually, there's an issue with Zen4 and Win11 2022 and AMD is investigating it actively.

I see, I understand—I’m leaning toward Windows 10 mainly because of its reliability. For AMD systems, I believe performance is mostly limited to newer Intel CPUs, so sticking with Windows 11 might not be the best choice.
