I chose to install Windows first, then Manjaro Linux with a KDE theme. In BIOS I can pick either the Windows bootloader or the hard drive, and it boots into Linux. But Grub didn’t recognize Windows.

Fastboot is disabled and Grub has not recognized Windows on this machine.

You simply entered the command and didn't follow the instructions for location. Make sure to point it to your boot directory as specified in the wiki link.

You selected the mount point for the NTFS filesystems because they weren't automatically mounting.
