Asus Prime B550M-A WiFi II Rx 7600xt uses a Ryzen 7 3800X processor without an integrated GPU. It's possible you're having trouble booting Windows because it requires specific drivers. When you start the PC, it loads and then restarts with the RX 7600XT. You've replaced the old GTX1060 with a 6GB RAM module, which works fine. Drivers from NVIDIA were uninstalled using DDU, and the latest BIOS and chipset drivers have been installed for MB. Are you sure your CPU is functioning correctly?

When installing the new GPU, there might be no signal reaching the monitor. You can check if it powers up correctly.

Displays ASUS branding. Accessing BIOS is possible. However, upon Windows startup, a circular loading appears. It restarts and repeats the process.

Yes, you can access Windows in Safe Mode by restarting your computer and selecting the Safe Mode option during boot.

Yes, the system turns off CSM and I can't access BIOS. It makes a single beep and then restarts continuously. I should switch to an older GPU and enable CSM. Could your CPU be faulty?
