You received a fresh setup and everything seemed to work properly until the system reported it couldn’t meet the minimum specs for Windows 11. Despite having a brand-new machine, it’s not compatible. You’ll need to upgrade your hardware or choose a different operating system.

Sorry to hear that. Which processor did you purchase? Remember, not all CPUs are compatible with Windows 11.

I received positive and negative updates. The Ryzen 5600x works with Windows 11. Worryingly, I’m unsure about other potential issues. Could you provide your system details? Are there any error messages?

TPM refers to a trusted platform module, acting as a security component for your CPU. Enabling it in BIOS is necessary for Windows 11. I found an explanation on the Microsoft support site (last paragraph) detailing the process.

Trusted Platform Module must be activated for Windows 11. You can obtain the Health app from Microsoft, which clarifies the steps required to install Windows 11. Your motherboard probably includes a fresh Windows 11 compatible BIOS that you can upgrade to. It will automatically apply all necessary settings for Windows 11 by default.

It seems you're looking for information about resetting a system or device, specifically mentioning "erase ftpm nv" and a factory reset. Let me know if you need further clarification!
