I just completed assembling my PC, but whenever I open Windows it freezes after the dot spins around three times and keeps freezing every time. I've tried everything—rebooting, installing from another source—but it still doesn't work. It happens with the motherboard display too. Anyone can help me out!

Turn off secure boot in BIOS settings, and ensure your CSM storage OPM is running under UEFI.
