I encountered a recurring issue where pressing buttons in the Movies & TV app would freeze the screen, requiring constant alt+tab. Recently, this problem extended to all Windows apps, forcing repeated attempts to reset the interface. After reinstalling Windows, I set up a clean installation but still faced the same black screen when accessing settings. Only adjusting settings via app settings resolved navigation, though a home-screen setting caused the issue again. I’m seeking advice to resolve this persistent problem.
