I thought it would be good to get some assistance with a strange issue my HP Z240 has been having since last year. It's a pretty unpredictable problem that keeps popping up. Sometimes the computer slows down, crashes, and restarts. Recently it happened again, but instead of a full crash, Explorer and video drivers froze and then recovered. I opened Task Manager to see that all 32GB of RAM was being used by the "News and interests" app. This is something rare for me and I can't easily recreate it, though it happens enough to keep me anxious about the system's stability. The OS is running smoothly otherwise. Operating system: Windows 10 Professional 64-bit. System specs: HP Z240 OEM motherboard, 400W PSU, i5 6600 @ 3.30GHz, 32GB BTO DDR4, M.2 SSD, Gigabyte GTX 1050 Gaming, BIOS version unknown (last update around purchase time).

Usually, issues point to installation problems rather than the software itself—like a broken Hulk or Bruce Banner!
