Checked for bent pins and watched a video about the issue. Most memory controllers are built into the CPU, so a bent pin can cause problems. Examine the CPU sides to ensure pins align in rows. Have you tried installing another processor to verify your system's health?

I initially assumed it was my CPU, so I upgraded from the Ryzen 5 1600 to the Ryzen 7 2700X before sharing this. It's brand new with no bent pins. This issue really pushed me to upgrade my whole system except for cooling and the GPU, lol.
