I haven’t enabled Windows 10 and don’t have the watermark. I’m not bothered by the extra customizations I can’t make since they’re not active.

Based on my observations, an inactive Windows 10 version doesn’t hinder performance. You’re interested in specific tweaks? Adjusting the desktop picture is possible via right-click, and that’s the main customization available.
