I composed a verse for the Windows 95 milestone, celebrating two decades. Twenty-five years have passed, and all the lessons you shared remain fresh. You introduced the internet into our lives, your presence still lingers in memories. While we enjoyed Duke 3D and the taskbar, Windows XP arrived, yet your impact was unmistakable. When responsibilities arise, you remain the focal point. Now you seem outdated, forever absent. How many floppies were there? Not one, not two—it was thirteen, a fixed number. Even when MS Bob faltered, you stayed by our side until 1998. You won’t be forgotten, you won’t fade away. Though time has moved on, your influence endures. You were a catalyst for change, igniting new possibilities. Though you may be considered old, your legacy still resonates with a few. You gifted us MS Solitaire and spent countless hours teaching the next generation. Windows 95, 25 years ago, my heart still celebrates you.

What appeals no to Windows 2000? A poem that falls short. Dreams unfulfilling. A fantasy that falters.

The situation is quite unexpected! Someone is highlighting the benefits of Windows while it seems odd at first.

I just removed a Dell Optiplex running Windows 2000. The custom motherboard was finally released. It seemed to have a Pentium III processor at 1.2 GHz, which was quite slow. The operating system stayed stable until the end.

It's a letdown. Still worth what you paid for it!

I acquired it at a low price from a local Dell refurbisher back in 2007. It served as my office machine for several years before being retired and repurposed for gaming at home. With all the updates and modern Windows versions now, I miss those days when updates were rare and had to wait before installation. A much more straightforward time, haha.

Absolutely, that's exactly what I thought. It seems like things get more complicated later on.
