You're encountering an issue where the Classic Shell isn't functioning as expected after switching from Windows 7. The Samsung Magician Software prompt appears unnecessarily, which is confusing. Try disabling the software temporarily or checking your system settings to ensure permissions are correctly configured. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling the software or consulting the official documentation for compatibility guidance.

Remove the application. Or adjust options inside it.

I understand you don’t want to remove it, but I can help adjust the settings to prevent the issue. Let me know what you’d like to change.

It happens to me on Win7 as well. I don't notice any issues there.

I suggest removing it entirely.

Classic shell is always a mystery. Never experienced this issue before. Do you have a Samsung SSD? Why would it try to install that... haha. Just need to uninstall and reinstall again. Anything else?

Check the Startup tab in Task Manager. Ensure all programs are turned off during startup. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, it may indicate another configuration problem.
