Windows 8.1 problems?
My Razer Blade 14 (using Windows 8.1) received some updates when I powered it off last night. When I turned it back on, a nearly fullscreen green window appeared with the message "please wait." My mouse symbol looks like a spinning circle. It's hard to see the desktop at the top and bottom edges, but everything is focused on that green prompt. After waiting about 30 to 45 minutes, I returned and found the program still stuck on that screen, unresponsive. I tried to close it via Task Manager, but the window remained hidden behind the "please wait" overlay. I moved to the upper-right corner to access it, but there were no close or minimize options. I restarted my computer and logged back in—this time the window appeared again immediately. Should I just let it run and see what happens, or should I attempt a system recovery? At the moment, I only have a few games open and no documents yet since I haven't started classes. Any advice would be appreciated.
