He didn’t know about system restore points and had no idea of the solution. Reinstalling might be the only choice.

I can't take screenshots directly. However, you can view the Pagefile settings by opening your system settings, navigating to Performance Options, and checking the Page File size and location. Let me know if you need instructions on how to do that!
