Windows 8.1 encountered an issue requiring a restart.
Yesterday evening (Friday 12.09.2014) my windows experienced some issues. It was a cracked version of Windows 8.1 Enterprise, and whenever I tried to play Battlefield 4, a big error message would appear: "Your pc ran into a problem, we are gonna restart it for you," followed by the PC restarting. Today (saturday 13.09.14) the same happened when trying to play Battlefield 4, CTE, or even during an Eset Nod 32 virus scan. It always restarts automatically. What should I do? I've already removed many cracked programs and freeware. Help? Thanks in advance.
They mentioned the issue. Just purchase it at a low price on G2A.com.
I own this Windows since May without any problems. Recently, yesterday, it started working fine again—no downloads needed. Regarding the purchase, if you buy from g2a.com, you’ll receive a code or CD, not a digital file. That’s why I haven’t bought it yet.
You receive a Windows 8.1 installation key. You then obtain the official ISO file from Microsoft, burn it onto a disk, erase your storage device, place the disk in, and enter the key provided during setup.
Just to clarify: The discussion isn't useful for those dealing with illegal software, and here are some points: -> Most issues stem from unauthorized modifications that alter system files, causing strange behavior and wasting everyone's time. -> Pirated software often contains hidden malware that activates after a set period. This kind of malware may evade detection by security programs. -> Security tools (antivirus, etc.) are completely ineffective against such infections. The operating system becomes compromised from the inside, turning your protection measures into distractions and wasting time. -> System files can be altered to create vulnerabilities, potentially turning your machine into a botnet or enabling remote attacks. This responsibility lies with you. Also, authorities may pursue both the misuse and the pirated content. Fun fact. -> Changes to system files are hard to spot, even for experts. If a program secretly activates your webcam or mimics a worm, it can operate covertly. It might be designed to do this intentionally. This affects everyone. Among all pirated options, the OS—your operating system—is the most critical to protect. I'm not exaggerating; real-world experience and expert advice confirm this. If you seek assistance, offering help is acceptable, but widespread support isn't realistic. My advice is to use a verified version of Windows (even older ones), back up your data regularly, and consider a more stable OS like Linux if budget allows. For a future upgrade, keep an eye on the September 30th release of Windows 9 as a potential early beta. Regular backups are essential due to the risk of bugs and data loss, especially in initial versions. Investing now could save you later costs and headaches.
I haven’t purchased the key yet, but I checked the Microsoft site for a Windows 8.1 download and couldn’t find one. I’m worried about getting the ISO after buying the key. Can I reissue the code on the website to obtain the download? Or should I download it first and then redeem the code? Also, how can I get the download before redeeming if I haven’t found a way yet?
