It seems the update process isn’t working properly, and it’s happening again. I’ve tried before and it failed twice. Now I’m stuck with settings and feeling really frustrated as an administrator.

Find the required service activated. Review your available services for security settings and turn them on. User account management must also be addressed. Look through all options—anything concerning user control or protection should be enabled. Edit: Include a relevant link. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2519899
