Nothing changed when I turned it on; it went to BIOS and showed all eight cores, 8GB RAM, three hard drives, and the DVD room. Everything looked normal. I then installed Windows 8.1 full version OEM. It asked me to press any key to boot from the DVD. After that, a black screen appeared with the blue Windows logo, and it remained there indefinitely.

Are you certain the BIOS settings were set properly and the boot choices are arranged correctly? You can also adjust the boot sequence so the DVD drive is first, then switch back to the other drives once the installation begins after a restart. Where did you obtain the DVD?
